It is my pleasure to write to you at the introduction of Dr. James M. Kajete. As Dr. Kajete
has made me aware, Souther Sudan stands at the start of a new era of peace, and a has taken a
gallant stand to assist SWANsat in putting a worldwide infrastructure for telecommunications
that will benefit not just your country, but people world wide.
Dr. Kajete is keenly aware of the work of the Global Settlement Foundation in bringing
about a stable, lawful money so that SWANsat can go to orbit without being affected by the
ongoing financial crisis.
When the people on the land live under lex terrae, the common law, use money that is
objective and cannot be made up by any man, voluntary lawful contracts in all manner of
commodities and risk are traded in the markets, the free movement of men and materials
creates the virtuous cycle of wealth generation.
As someone who has authored the Finality of Settlement Part I and II I can assure you of
unflinching support for those who abide by the common law and use lawful money. It is my
intention to see to it that the people on the land shall return to their natural state of
sovereignty, freedom and peace.
