In the name of our Sovereign Lady of the Common Law, the Immaculate Virgin Mary with Her Child
Jesus, greeting!
Your Excellency has recently said that it would be a “grave mistake” 1 for President Putin to
send troops to the Ukraine. Our 39 page fax to NATO which includes our Amicus curiæ to
President Obama follows regarding the dissolution of the United States corporation and
United Nations, Federal Reserve and all lifeless, corporate entities.
Other U.S. Ambassadors to the U.N. have also made statements that have caused general
embarrassment, due to the ongoing mismanagement of the CIA/Al-CIA-duh by the Director
of National Intelligence.

This letter also proves that the ‘command and control’ structures of Your Excellency’s
‘intelligence’ services and government do not transmit vital information to “puppet strings”
who are led on by a language and culture of arrogance and hubris, driven by the whip of
‘human rights’ propaganda that ignores the ‘back doored’ nature of all U.S. and NATO
manufacturing, power, communication, network, nuclear, chemical, biological, technical and

warfare systems, etc., whilst seeking to start a land war to divert attention from the theft of
gold and the ongoing covert underground nuclear war within Continuity of Government
structures.
Matthew 13:14 And in them is fulfilled the prophecy of Esaias, which saith, By hearing ye shall
hear, and shall not understand; and seeing ye shall see, and shall not perceive:
13:15 For this people's heart is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes they

It is a wish of this Court of Record that copies of this letter and 39 page attachment sent to
NATO shall be delivered to above named officials and their successors to office and to all U.S.
Ambassadors and Department of State officials and auditors and their successors.
We suggest that the “flatten-the-earth” policy with regards to “climate change” be dropped.

We suggest that all NATO forces and all United States Navy warships and United States Army
return home, that all CIA/DVD operatives be informed, all ‘legal infant’ prisoners released, all
CIA prisons, including but not limited to Guantanamo Bay detention camp closed, all ‘School of
the Americas’ type training centres closed and a general Amnesty proclaimed, just as
President Putin of Russia has done in accordance with the wishes2 of this Court of Record.
All United States officials are requested to assist President Obama end the State of
Emergency and assist all men and women to return to “life, liberty and the pursuit of
happiness”.

For Your Excellency’s information3, subsequent to our letter to NATO copied to President
Putin, NATO Supreme Allied Commander Europe General Breedlove and Russian General Staff
Chief, General of the Army Valery Gerasimov have discussed the security situation in Ukraine
and Syria.
We suggest that Your Excellency and all U.S. officials obtain and study the published Open
Letters of this Court of Record available at:

All NATO, U.N., U.S. officials and bureaucrats, including but not limited to National Security
Advisers, Ambassadors and Auditors, military, CIA and NSA personalities are operating with
with unlimited personal liability, including but not limited to conflict incited by erroneous
propaganda, ‘Hollywood tragedies’ and ‘false flag attacks’.
We suggest that Your Excellency contact President Obama for advice.
