Dear Mr. Lew:
May it please the Immaculate Virgin Mary with Her Child Jesus!
From the Global Isles Court of Record, on behalf of our Plaintiffs, in pursuit of justice and right for all
people, which therefore includes all men and women living in America, we send greeting!

Enclosed is our Open Letter to President Obama and a copy of our letter to the former Secretary of
the Treasury Mr. Timothy Geithner. The purpose of these letters is to assist Your Excellency, who has
episcopal responsibility for the United States Treasury, the Exchange Stabilisation Fund, and so forth to
return “life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness” to the American people and thereby to all the men,
women and children of the world.

We suggest that Your Excellency and those at high positions in the corporate United States,
including but not limited to all banks related to the Federal Reserve, all retail banks, National
Associations and credit unions, all public and private limited corporations, contemplate the
consequences of Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) ‘mirror reflection’. This list must include all
international entities, including but not limited to the International Monetary Fund, United Nations,
World Bank, brokerage facilities, stock markets, bank wire and money transfer services and so forth.

We suggest that Your Excellency coordinate with Rt. Hon. Theresa Mary May, Housekeeper for Her
Majesty’s Commonwealth of Nations to stabilise international trade by settling Bills of Exchange. This
mechanism can facilitate ‘interest’ payments to U.S. Treasury bond holders until that system is
dismantled by the market in God’s good substance.

We suggest that Your Excellency take all action necessary with banks and or bank accounts and bank
transfers/wires to disable the funding of terror, war & weapons; to monitor the same and provide a
report to Pope Francis on those that can and cannot be trusted to be trustees of God’s creation.
In short, it is a wish of this Court of Record that the United States corporation be shut down and
replaced with living men and women, masters of their destiny and that Your Excellency assist President
Obama to achieve this objective.
