Your Grace has the experience and finesse of being the Secretary-General of the Governatorate
of Vatican City State during the post 2008 financial crisis era that gives us confidence that Your
Grace may be able to prevail upon U.S. principals to bring about peace by the grace of Jesus
Christ, Our LORD, Our Father, the blessed Almighty One who has Mercy with His world.
In these perilous times (2 Timothy 3:1-9), the LORD is testing all of us. We pray to the
Immaculate Virgin Mary with Her Child Jesus to guide Your Grace in the contest between egos,
the playground of the devil in symbolic language, that is the mark of the political Roman
circus. The weapons, seductive traps and the wealth of Hades are often felt there to be ‘more
powerful’ than the LORD. We pray that Our LORD endow Your Grace with the seven gifts:
Pope Francis then joked with faithful: “I don’t want to ask you whether you remember the seven
gifts … I’ll list them for you: wisdom, understanding, counsel, fortitude, knowledge, piety and fear
of God.”The Pope then announced that after his catechesis on the sacraments, he will dedicate
those that follow to the seven gifts.

Our Open Letter to President Obama to end the State of Emergency in the United States and
to return “life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness” to all people, follows. Kindly note the
criticism of the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops in lines 124, 492 – 498 and
footnote 48, intended to purify and prepare the Cardinals and Your Grace in discussions with
U.S. officials.
We suggest that Your Grace initiate a discussion at the ‘highest levels’ regarding the
consequences of Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) ‘mirror reflection’.

Copies of our cover letters to other men and women of authority follow. We suggest that
Your Grace contact DNI, CIA, ESF, IMF, UST, etc., current and former Presidents regarding the
Al-CIA-duh operations in all current theatres of conflict: the Pacific, Syria, Sudan and Ukraine.
The failure to govern, the ignorance of how the U.S. works, the ignorance of economics, the
worship of the fatted golden calf, the worship of the Bankers of Baʿal2, we believe, may be
traced to the Apostolic Nuncio and Cardinals of the U.S. Catholic Church and their
contemporaries in Europe. This may have, we believe, contributed to the resignation of
Pope Benedict XVI and the ongoing world crisis.
This contemplative Court of Record of the Almighty One is investigating the Vatican
bureaucracy, there is no immunity.

We are sure that ‘young’ Cardinals, should they begin to ask the right questions to the older
generation above 80, including but not limited to the oldest living President of the United
States, George H. W. Bush, using our Open Letters, will learn much that can assist them to
overcome their handicap regarding history and how history relates to the present.
We suggest that Your Grace take the initiative regarding ‘UCC Mirror Reflection’ to contact
all important U.S. leaders, including but not limited to, current and former Presidents,

We suggest that USCCB Cardinals and Bishops reach out to all financial, industrial and
agricultural contacts regarding ‘UCC Mirror Reflection’. We suggest that pious platitudes such
as ‘minimum wage’ and ‘jobs for helpless Americans’ be replaced with erudite economic
reasoning and creation of wealth. We suggest that practical help to become self sufficient at a
local level in food be adopted across America. By the grace of our LORD, wealth creation is
automated, seek to go beyond the illusion of the ‘labour theory of value’. Sunlight, for
example, shines on the roof, the electricity drives an electric pump, this waters the vegetables
that grow in the greenhouse, lo, there is food to eat. Why this fuss about the minimum wage?

A return to contracts denominated in substance will increase, not decrease the amount of
spendable substantial wealth available to the ‘rich’ and the ‘poor’, the expenditure of which
will increase the standard of living for all. All we have to lose is the illusion of wealth4, in
‘bank accounts’ and our ignorance of the LORD, YHVH, “Our Father which art in heaven,
Hallowed be thy name”.

We suggest that the Contemporary English Version, ‘authorised’ by the USCCB, be replaced
with the King James Version. It is time for all modern Americans and Englishmen to learn
English and the pronouns ‘thee’, ‘thou’, ‘ye’, etc., which refer to the presence of YHVH, Our
Father, in the man or woman being thus addressed.
We all must develop an appreciation for the pure intellection that is the LORD as well as
develop heart-love, the glowing awareness of “Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy
name”, in our heart.
