In the name of the Immaculate Virgin Mary with Her Child Jesus, greeting!

We pray to our Immaculate Virgin Mary with Her Child Jesus to bless Your Grace on the rock
of the our LORD, with the waters of the Good News that Your Grace is a Cardinal.
The living constitution of England is unlike any other in the history of this world. From the
time of Moses, 5774 years ago they say, to that of Our Lord Jesus Christ by whose life we date
our document as the year 2014 of Our Lord, to today, stretch time-lines that bring us the rock
of Reality, the whole fruit of the Wisdom of the Holy Spirit, the Rule of God’s Law and the
English language in which we pen this missive of love.
By contemplation we have penetrated the difficulties of those who hold high office, the
Bishop of Rome and Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.

In our Letter Rogatory to the British Cabinet/Parliament1, placed into the “pigeon holes” at
Westminster Palace, we came to give voice to the voiceless. We found that we had to start with
Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
The purpose of this letter is to preserve the precious patrimony of the Bishop of Rome and
Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, the Gospel of Our Lord.

Your Grace has recently spoken2 about the difficulties faced by the people of England
regarding ‘welfare cuts’. The ongoing biblical flood like conditions are certainly not helping
matters. A number of bankers who apparently have committed ‘suicide’ in London 3, indicates
that welfare is not at the top of the agenda.
We enclose our Amicus curiæ to The Honourable Mr. Barack Obama, President of the United
States, regarding the dissolution of the United States corporation, together with the Federal
Reserve, a charter granted by the Holy See.

Your Grace, by the grace of God, shall soon be in Rome. Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, by
the grace of God, shall also visit Rome on 3 rd April 20144.
The British Cabinet needs fatherly guidance, the boys at MI6 need adult supervision by true
men, the ‘bankers’ need the support and sustenance of Mother Mary.

It is indeed good news that the Anglican Church has moved forward with women Bishops.
The Housekeeper of Her Majesty’s Commonwealth of Nations, Rt. Hon. Theresa Mary May, is
thankfully a woman5, with whom is placed the responsibility to oversee a public market in Bills
of Exchange.
The tragedy of our time is that the men have spent their lives fighting a financial war,
building a ‘death star’ in the sky and under the ground. Yet there are those men behind the
scenes who know how the world has been transformed for the good by the financial war. The
difficulty lies in learning to think with feminine wisdom that is non-stealing and non-killing.
This feminine wisdom must be protected by true men of faith in YHVH, “Our Father which
art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name”.

In English Common Law, a lunatic is one with whom one cannot conduct a rational
conversation some of the time. A legal idiot is a full time lunatic. A charter of war cannot be
extended after a war is won, any rational man or woman can see that.
In the Mixed Money case of 1604, during the reign of Queen Elizabeth I, learned justices
ruled that the Queen could dilute the money to protect the kingdom from an armed rebellion.
This is the legal precedent for the century of financial war.
The pentalty for treason is death, all those who worship Caesar know this. England returned
to the fold of the Holy See ‘shortly’ after the Glorious Revolution – perhaps Our Holy Fathers in
Rome may be pleased to release the actual history that describes the ‘short’ transition.

The classic dialogue of Cardinal Newman with Rev. Kingsley in the Apologia pro Vita Sua
published in 1864, is a demonstration of such mastery of the English language that the
opponent is barely aware that he is a bull in a China shop. The keeness of the leading English
minds of the late 1800s and early 1900s, results in the history of the past hundred years – a
legal puzzle that has defeated the combined wit of today’s 6 modern English, American, Swiss
and European lawyers, ‘think tanks’, politicians, ‘intelligence agents’ and ‘bankers’.

It is women who will do the practical things necessary to ensure that our family, all the men, women and
children are fed. It is a sign of the times that in Todmorden in England, the people have organized themselves,
mostly women, to grow herbs and vegetables all over town – given away free. This is a sign that money has
lost meaning, that Caesar is falling to ruin. It is seen to be not ‘worth it’ to charge for herbs and vegetables.
The bankers are ‘jumping’ out of buildings. This is a sign of the times that the men are temporarily insane and
another indication that Caesar is falling to ruin.
The leading western politicians are frozen in the pattern they have followed over the past years.
The ‘intelligence personalities’ are busy accelerating their destruction of evidence of torture and malfeasance.
There is a war going on in the sky and under the ground. This too, is a sign of the times.
These are ‘possessed’ by the spirit of the ‘Islamic Sultan’, they ‘shoot first and ask questions later’. They
cannot believe it possible that peace is at hand. So far, every attempt to start a revolution, steal gold, fight
proxy wars has failed. There are intelligent people in the back room, who are sane. It is the duty of Your Grace
to find them and shepherd them on the grace of our LORD.
A friend in England once said, “if my basement is flooded, I’m about as likely to think ‘government’ as I am to
think of ‘Milton’, the English poet”.
When Rome fell to ruin at the advent of Jesus Christ, it is the Church that took over from Caesar. All
government is the governance of the Church. All courts, police, military, secret service, kings, republics,
banks, corporations, the Crown Temple … are instruments of the Roman Curia.

One does not reason with a tyrant or a legal idiot. It is the duty of the king to take care of
the legal idiots and lunatics. It is the duty of the Bishop of Rome to protect the ‘legal sheep’. Not
all men are born as a legal lion. Self styled ‘armed to the teeth’ ‘republicans’ are legal idiots,
not lions.
Our Lord Jesus Christ has blessed us with this wisdom:

The difficulty and the solution are outlined by our LORD. The lunatics of today ofttimes fall
into the fire of war or drown in the ‘storms’ of ‘climate change’.
We have watched the light of faith in the eyes of Your Grace in the BBC television program
on the restoration of the churches and restitution of the relics.

A hint emerges that the LORD, master of maya, gives His power of illusion to His loyal servants to overcome
generations that are insane or who reject the wisdom and statutes of YHVH, the Almighty One.
When Moses left Egypt all those years ago, he broke the unity of God’s rule over the then ‘civilised world’. It is
indeed a topic for advanced contemplation, how Moses, then Jesus and saints and prophets after Him have
‘programmed’ our return to world civilisation, the rule of the City-Temple of the Almighty One who has Mercy
with His world.
Genesis 3:24 So he drove out the man; and he placed at the east of the garden of Eden Cherubims, and a flaming sword
which turned every way, to keep the way of the tree of life.
Devotees of the Almighty One as Vishnu call this rotating, flaming sword, the Sudarshana Chakra – the all
encompassing Vision of the Good of the Greek Enneads of Plotinus.
Such a vision is described in Revelations of Saint John the Devine and in the chapter on the field and its knower in
the Bhagavad Gita.

We pray to Our Immaculate Virgin Mary to grant Your Grace the love for and love of Her
Child Jesus, the shortest route to “move mountains” and restore sanity.
The wisdom of the YHVH, LORD, Our Father, the Blessed One who has Mercy with His world,
which spoke through Moses and Jesus Christ, is, making whole the entire children of Abraham.
