Dear Sir,
In the name of our Sovereign Lady of the Common Law, greeting!

It is our duty to inform Your Excellency regarding investigations and actions of this Court of
Record that have consequences for NATO, particularly given recent public pronouncements by
Your Excellency1 regarding Ukraine. These matters affect NATO worldwide.
Our Amicus curiæ to The Honourable Mr. Barack Obama, President of the United States follows
regarding the dissolution of the UNITED STATES corporation and the Federal Reserve system.

These letters will corroborate the recent amnesty by President Putin in Russia, the affairs in
the Philippines, Japan - Fukushima, China, Saudi Arabia, United Kingdom, Germany, Norway,
Canada, Syria, Egypt, United Nations, etc.

Together with the ‘intelligence’ available to NATO, our suggestion to Your Excellency that no
reliance be placed on comments emanating from the State Department, DNI, CIA and so forth
will be be justified. It is the officials of the United States and the European Union whose
position of trust is in question, not those of Ukraine or other country.
