In the name of the Immaculate Virgin Mary with Her Child Jesus, greeting!

The purpose of this letter is to invite Your Eminence to assist Pope Francis in the life of our
living God, Our Father, the Blessed One who has Mercy with His world.

We read that Your Excellency has served as a professor of dogmatic theology and the
Secretary General of the International Theological Commission and Consultant to the
Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith.
Our own background of direct perception of our One Father has resonance with the writings
of Saint John of the Cross. We have defined our theology from first principles, starting with a
letter to the leading atheist, Professor Richard Dawkins 1. Rooted in the symbolic language of
the Garden of Eden2 metaphor, explained in the simple imperative colloquial English of our
day, this theology is our first Act of Faith for the Holy See. This first Act of Faith was intended
for Pope Benedict XVI, the cover letter to whom was being written as the announcement of His
Holiness’ resignation shocked the world.
The Catholic orthodoxy in Switzerland and Germany have, on occasion, been at odds with
the Holy See. The inability of German speaking Catholics to pierce the issues surrounding the
1870 Roman Question, the difficulties of theologians of the day with the proclamation of Papal
Infallibility come to mind. These difficulties have resulted in the corruption of the teaching of
Jesus Christ. In the Contemporary English Version of the bible, promoted by the United States
Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB) evidence can be found of bible tampering. Our Open
Letter regarding this to the U.S. Nunciature and USCCB follows.
The “globalisation of indifference”, the inability to show or receive Divine Mercy, is manifest
in the mechanism of the fall of the Roman Caesar, the United States, the mirror of the Islamic
Ottoman Sultan. Holy scripture must be fulfilled, the sorting of God’s people is at hand, the
separation of the tares from the wheat (Matthew 13).
Our Open Letter regarding the sorting of God’s people to the Nunciature of Great Britain
follows. We believe that the greatest difficulties are being experienced in this respect by
German speaking theologians. The rigid nature of the German language and thought in the last
two hundred years, the neglect of the Torah of Moses and blind adherence to the letter of the
law are contributing factors.

Today, this difference of opinion between the Holy See and some parts of the Catholic
Church, is notable with the SSPX. The contention over control of the United States can be seen
in the election of Pope Pius X and in the outbreak of World War I, a hundred years ago.
Perhaps contemplation can reveal the silent infiltration of the subversive thought of money
lenders, guided by the spirit of the Ottoman Empire that led them to believe that together they
could claim the United States, its treasury and its army from Great Britain by force, which is
nothing but the love of gold and Caesar, the worship of Baʿal3 and the fatted golden calf.

The degeneration of European and American minds to the worship of manifest force and
their inability to penetrate the subtle mysteries of the Holy Spirit once again explains the
“poisonous atmosphere”4, according to Cardinal Bertone, surrounding the resignation of Pope
Benedict XVI. When one is immersed in the One Father, He is able to guide us to discern the
difficulties of that most unique position, the Bishop of Rome.

“But I must say that this incredibly difficult moment inspired a powerful current, a high voltage
power line I would say, of closeness and solidarity towards the Pope and the Holy See.” Speaking
about the possibility of other documents being brought to light, Bertone said: “I believe that the
times, climate and relationship network have changed significantly. I see that there is great trust
within the Church.”

Every opportunity to shepherd mankind is a test from the LORD, a “high voltage power line”
as it were. We suggest that Your Excellency take this opportunity to assist Pope Francis in the
conversion of the United Nations from being a blunt instrument of Caesar, to a venue to
announce the Good News of the LORD, Holy Peace in our time.
We suggest that Your Excellency assist Pope Francis to give meaning to Peter’s Pence. The
‘banking’ community, children overcome by the game of man made illusion, are unable to
function without stealing their morning breakfast. Surely the diocese of Geneva alone has
many de-facto barons of substance who would welcome the return to exchange of substance for
substance. This Court of Record has created both a public venue in London and a private venue
in Switzerland for the restoration of peaceful trade.
On behalf of this Court of Record we suggest that Your Excellency proclaim the Good News of
the LORD: a return to peaceful trade, to men and women of Your Excellency’s diocese and invite
men and women of goodwill to come with offers of exchange.
