Affirmations are not Oaths
This is a Court of Law. Contrary to the belief of P.C. Bliss, an affirmation is not an oath. This ‘belief’ is
a result of “invisible mending”, by “Jesuitical Exegesis”, evidence of which can be found in

There are no ‘Constables’
We have now shown how the men and women of the ‘Police’ are “bamboozled” into enforcing

Police use since 1996 have perpetrated a tort on the men and women of the Police force causing

an act of High Treason, the Parliament that passed this legislation is a Treasonable Assembly.

No Jury without a living Plaintiff
Anyone claiming to operate a ‘court’ who claims that there is a “jury” when there is no living Plaintiff
(king of the court), declare that they are Dangerous Idiots.

Necessary force
This Court of Law recognises and authorises Michael Burke, the duly appointed Bailiff of this Court
of Record of YHVH, to carry deadly force. This authority flows from the Kingdom of Heaven that is
within him, therefore this grant of authority is not bounded in time. He is a sane man, quite unlike
the idiots who have harassed him, operating a ‘Police Force’ and an administrative court of no
authority, who have behaved like pack animals.
We observe that the House of Commons was incorporated in 1908 as they declared a “war on
poverty”. In short they were then judged to be ‘Dangerous Idiots’, hence the current Firearms Act.

Injunction
The men and women of Thames Valley Police, any tipstaff, any corporate Bailiffs, for example, those
of Marstons, Serco et al, and any such “force” are not permitted on the property and house of the
one we know as Michael Burke and are not to come within a 100 yards of wherever he may be.

Void “Bail Act 1976” and void “bail granted conditionally”
The document “Case No: T20160256 Court Code: 449” signed by Mrs. S Awbery and dated “13-Oct2016” is struck down by this Court of Record of YHVH, it is void ab initio and is prima facie evidence
of High Treason to Your Majesty.
We have testimony that both the Crown Prosecutor and the Judge said that there is no one with any
claim against the living man Michael Burke. The rest of the court appeared not to hear or
comprehend that now Michael was free to leave. Instead, they continued to act like robotic idiots.
We have other testimony that shows that such courts plant evidence on the man or woman they
kidnap by such false claims. The procedure they use is to plant ‘evidence’ or ‘documents’ in the bag
or personal effects removed before imprisonment and then forbid the prisoner from examining the
bag in front of the man or woman returning it and then Police stop and search the bag after the
prisoner leaves the building, ‘find the evidence’ and then arrest him. Every such act is an additional
