Dear Sir:
May it please the Immaculate Virgin Mary with Her Child Jesus!
From the Global Isles Court of Record, on behalf of our Plaintiffs, in pursuit of justice and right
for all people, which therefore includes the men, women and children of America, we send
greeting!

Our Open Letter to President Obama to end the State of Emergency in the United States and
to return “life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness” to all people, follows.
We suggest that Your Excellency contact President Obama, Prime Minister Rt. Hon. David
Cameron, President Putin and and take action to publicly clarify the stand of the DNI, if the CIA
or other faction is ‘out of control’.

We suggest that Your Excellency take immediate steps to restrain Al-CIA-duh
‘revolutionaries’ in Ukraine and Syria.
We suggest that Your Excellency initiate a discussion at the ‘highest levels’ of all
‘intelligence’ agencies, including but not limited to those related to the United States,
regarding the consequences of Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) ‘mirror reflection’.

We suggest that Your Excellency inform various disinformation authors that operate
internet disinformation sites about the end of the State of Emergency and about the Open
Letters of this Court of Record.
This Court of Record continues to investigate the men and women reporting to your office,
all the way down to the fighters and ‘hardened’ men on the ground, and all those who are
responsible for such ‘hardening’. These are serious crimes against mankind and the Intellectual
Principle of Man.
Your Excellency may visit and submit a report to Pope Francis on Your Excellency’s plans to
restrain the spread of violence. We are well aware that men and women, once they are
‘intelligence’ agents, never retire and that Your Excellency may only be a figurehead. We
suggest kindly that a wide distribution of copies of our Open Letters across ‘godfathers’,
agencies and compartments is in the best interests of all.
Your Excellency is notified that this Court of Record commends the now famous Edward
Snowden and Julian Assange. We suggest a rapid public amnesty. We suggest that Your
Excellency assist President Obama to make a courageous release of information.

We suggest that Your Excellency invite de-facto barons of force and substance to this Court of
Record – in Rome.
We suggest that Your Excellency note our comments about the NSA and so forth and supply
a live database and printed report to Pope Francis regarding who are capable trustees to
maintain God’s creation and who are not to be trusted.

We suggest that Your Excellency take all steps necessary to end the State of Emergency,
steps to shut down the blockade by sea, by air and so forth., to declare the sea and airspace safe
for all.
We suggest that Your Excellency upon consultation with de-facto barons, consideration of
U.C.C. mirror reflection and claims by various parties to become trustees to return gold into
circulation, provide this plan to Pope Francis.
