Dear Sir:
In the name of Madonna and Child, to whom these come as present, greeting!
Our Open Letter to President Obama of the United States follows. Kindly forward to the President of
the PEOPLE’S REPUBLIC OF CHINA and all members of the ‘standing committee’.
We draw your attention to our other published Open Letters available at:

The Chinese, who still speak a pictographic language, will have an easier time than those in the west,
understanding the ‘way of the Tao’, the language of the Almighty One that is found in the bible.
We suggest that China disengage from military confrontation in the Pacific 1. The west has built
in China, a disposable just-in-time civilisation. The history of the last hundred years shows that it is the
power of the pen (Federal Reserve) that put the gun in the hands of fighting men.
We suggest that China take note of the following in our letter to President Putin 2:
The Chinese are advised that the secret of gunpowder from China is what tamed the barbarians of the
west. The deepest reality, beyond any military or social realities is that of Mind . Look a little
deeper into the history of China and the West and you will see that God did not desert you. The
difficulty lies in the mindset of those who place Force as the criterion ahead of Power. This attitude was
present during the Boxer rebellion, the use of spiritual force for violence is an easy temptation but brings
great harm. The living testimony of Tibetan Buddhist monks who refuse to return violence with violence,
and the known happy friendship between His Holiness the Dalai Lama and Pope John Paul II has
more to do with your economic success, for the Federal Reserve and the United States are not
‘republican’ or ‘democrat’, they are projects of the Holy See. The irrational animosity towards
the benefactor who has silently interceded on your behalf must be replaced with reverence for
the Hidden Hand of God. When mankind is governed by men who have found peace in their hearts
then there is peace on Earth. Let the practice of spiritual forgiveness and love take root. Invite former
‘enemies’ to the empty cities of China built by the Sultans of finance and invite His Holiness the Dalai
Lama to resume his holy seat. If you need material resources, send the Bill of Exchange to the
Housekeeper of Her Majesty’s Commonwealth of Nations for clearance.

We suggest that China adopt the old fashioned British model of governance and invite de-facto
barons of China to this Court of Record. We suggest that persecution of any kind stop. We suggest that
China exercise great caution in offers from those rushing around with badges of authority.
