From the Global Isles Court of Record, on behalf of our Plaintiffs, in pursuit of justice and right
for all people, which therefore includes the men, women and children of Canada, we send
greeting!
In our first letter to Prime Minister David Cameron, dated 27 th January 20111, we wrote:
“I am aware that the position of Prime Minister does not come with a nice manual that explains,
among other things, the nature of international corporate sovereignty and of the long range planning
of financial war.”

This sentiment is equally applicable to the office of the Prime Minister of Canada. Your
Excellency is already aware that Her Majesty The Queen is to uphold God’s law in Canada.

We have seen that the Canada has made statements and taken actions 2 that are surely traced
to a lack of information about the evolving international situation. Please find attached our
open letter to The Honourable Mr. Barack Obama President of the United States and cover
letters used to forward this letter to other international authorities.
This Court of Record, which gives voice to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, is investigating the
Canadian government, Canadian prosecutors and the Canadian embassy in Panama that have
acted in ways to further bank fraud and prevent Canadian citizens from discovering the
truth regarding ‘banking’.
We suggest that Your Excellency download our Letter Rogatory to the British Cabinet3 that was
delivered to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and the Royal family, His Holiness The Bishop of
Rome and every British Lord and Member of Parliament.

We suggest that Your Excellency contact Prime Minister Rt. Hon. David Cameron, President
Putin and President Obama and take action to publicly clarify Canada’s position and correct
misconceptions.

We suggest that Your Excellency inform the Canadian Cabinet and take similar action to
those suggested to Rt. Hon. Theresa Mary May, Housekeeper for Her Majesty’s Commonwealth
of Nations.

The intoxicating froth of “irrational exuberance” created by the open loop credit ‘banking’
system must be replaced with a return to the sober civil society laid down by Moses almost six
millennia ago.
We suggest that Your Excellency initiate a discussion at the ‘highest levels’ of Canadian
society regarding the consequences of Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) ‘mirror reflection’.
