Your Excellency is the child of the Divine Mother, Mahakali, YHVH in Her Active form and Her grace
upon thee at this hour is written in the bedrock of heaven which can be seen by those whose competence
it is. It is by Her grace that the Holy Bible revealed itself through Laura Bush. It can be seen that Your
Excellency playfully1 fulfilled the wishes of Mahakali2 revealed anew by the prophet Swami Vivekananda
which are also testified in the Revelation of Saint John the Devine.
Even as President Putin has taken steps3, Your Excellency’s father took steps when he was Director of
the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) to ensure that the “animal spirits”4 of Europe would not draw
America into a Third World War and overrun his country. George Bush Center for National Intelligence
is CIA headquarters, clearly marking the legacy of Your Excellency’s father to Your Excellency.
Shiva, YHVH in His aspect as the transcendent Brahman, Ground of Being, hunts these ghouls of Hades
with the Trident of Wisdom. Shiva - Mahakali are two ‘views’ of the Almighty One, expressed in the
picture language of priests of Ancient India.

The purpose of this letter, which assists Pope Francis with the dissolution of the ‘United States’
corporation can be summarised as the return of the all-grown-up lion king of America. We have read
that the Director of National Intelligence is all in a twist5 about secrecy and ‘National Security’.
Call up Skippy, “Hello, Central?, clap your hands, call in all the sheep-dogs. If they don’t listen, I’ll
blow the Lion-Whistle. I’ve got a word or two for the wolves who have taken over”. We are sure that
the wolves will understand the diplomatic language of New Land.
We have suggested a non-territorial model of governance. There will always be ‘politics’ in the
border-less Church. A new politics must be reborn out of the ashes of the dissolution of Parliaments
and Congresses. There are playful jokes of Mahakali in the works of lawyers and spooks. The men and

Common people cannot imagine the worse outcomes, the “unknown unknowns” that have been prevented,

women of England have to choose between the Conservatives who sport the Green Tree6 (Greenbaum7 in
German) and the New Labour Arbiet Macht Frei party. The UK Parliament and political parties as devices
for the expression of the will of the English people are doomed, long before the next election. Nothing
further needs to be said of the US or EU politicians.
We can imagine old English ‘Christian’ Lawyers snickering in heaven over the living dead, those who
walk around as the Chief Hangman Officer of various corporations. They knew that the Germans and
Frenchmen would kill each other for several generations as a result of Oujia board room and corporaterepublic battles, letting English lawyers become trustees of all real assets in ‘offshore’ corporations.
The current crop of happy and gay wolves in sheep clothing who inhabit the court rooms of
corporate administrative courts in the US/UK/EU/etc., might need a Lion growl or two in the New Land
English dialect. Unfortunately, Rt. Hon. David Cameron has a case of sore throat, and meows at his mate
Rt. Hon. Chris Grayling, Lord Chancellor, who has gone all spotty 8 with his new tie.
The honour of a True Man is more precious than his very life. The impossible to pay debts of so
many households are sapping the prana or life-blood from the lives of so many men and women – so
many have committed suicide. A Lion-man is needed to make the announcement of debt-relief and the
dissolution of the Federal Reserve.
Your Excellency knows well the difficulty of the hatred of those fellow men who hate their leaders
without comprehension of the service rendered to save them from themselves. This is the mark of a
true king, one who has demonstrates self-discipline in his service to all, maintaining poise in response
to praise and to blame. It is by contemplation of the cross of our LORD, that this poise is maintained.

We invite Your Excellency to visit Pope Francis to get His Holiness’ blessings. With that secured, we
invite Your Excellency and Your Excellency’s family to come visit ours. There is much to say, much of
which is best face to face.
We have often invited Pope Francis, perhaps this is the occasion for such a visit together.

Your Excellency has recently made a remark about President’s libraries. We would suggest reading A
Search in Secret India9 as an introduction to the Notebooks of Paul Brunton10. Paul Brunton, an Englishman,
visited India, in 1931, where he recorded this interview with a Pontiff of the Shankara Order:
“When do you think that the political and economic conditions everywhere will begin to improve?”
“A change for the better is not easy to come by quickly,” he replies. “It is a process which must
needs take some time.”
“How can things improve when the nations spend more each year on the weapons of death?”

“There is nevertheless much talk of disarmament to-day. Does that count?”
“If you scrap your battleships and let your cannons rust, that will not stop war. People will continue
to fight, even if they have to use sticks!”
“But what can be done to help matters?”
“Nothing but spiritual understanding between one nation and another, and between rich and poor,
will produce goodwill and thus bring real peace and prosperity.”

“That seems far off. Our outlook is hardly cheerful, then?”
His Holiness rests his arm a little more heavily upon his staff.
“There is still God,” he remarks gently.

The greater the wretchedness caused by spiritual ignorance, materialism, the greater will be the man
who will arise to help the world.”
“Then do you expect someone to arise in our time, too ?”
“In our century,” he corrects. “Assuredly. The need of the world is so great and its spiritual darkness
is so thick, that an inspired man of God will surely arise.”
“Is it your opinion, then, that men are becoming more degraded? “ I query.

the end, must bring him back to God.”
“But there are ruffians in our Western cities who behave as though there were indwelling demons in
them,” I counter, thinking of the modern gangster.

“Do not blame people so much as the environments into which they are born. Their surroundings
and circumstances force them to become worse than they really are. That is true of both the East
and West. Society must be brought into tune with a higher note. Materialism must be balanced by
idealism; there is no other real cure for the world's difficulties. The troubles into which countries
are everywhere being plunged are really the agonies which will force this change, just as failure is
frequently a sign-post pointing to another road.”
“You would like people to introduce spiritual principles into their worldly dealings, then ?”
“Quite so. It is not impracticable, because it is the only way to bring about results which will satisfy
everyone in the end, and which will not speedily disappear. And if there were more men who had
found spiritual light in the world, it would spread more quickly. India, to its honour, supports and
respects its spiritual men, though less so than in former times. If all the world were to do the same,
and to take its guidance from men of spiritual vision, then all the world would soon find peace and
grow prosperous.”
Our conversation trails on. I am quick to notice that Shri Shankara does not decry the West in order
to exalt the East, as so many in his land do. He admits that each half of the globe possesses its own
set of virtues and vices, and that in this way they are roughly equal! He hopes that a wiser
generation will fuse the best points of Asiatic and European civilizations into a higher and balanced
social scheme.

We pray to our LORD Jesus Christ, non-dual with Mahakali and Shiva, YHVH Ground of Being in both
active and immanent aspect, symbolised by the playful Child Jesus on Mother Mary’s lap, to send the
peace of the Holy Spirit to Your Excellency and family that Your Excellency go forth with the irresistible
strength of a Lion.
