Dear Mr. Brahimi:
In the name of the Almighty One, the LORD worshipped by many names, greeting!

The purpose of this letter is to assist Your Excellency regarding peace in Syria and to
introduce the Open Letters of this contemplative Court of Record of the Almighty One.
The Good News is that YHVH, ‫الرحمن‬, Ar-Raḥmān, the LORD who is exceedingly
Compassionate, “Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name”, is with us. This
Truth shall bring peace to the men and women of Syria.

‘Foreign fighters’ must discover this Truth that caught the men and women who inhabit the
lifeless, corporate beast that sponsors them, ‘red handed’ 1 with gold stolen by ‘Acts of God’
followed by ‘humanitarian aid’. There is no joy, wealth or power that will come to them from
prolonging their actions.
This stolen gold brings woe and wail to those that possess it, for the LORD cursed it. The
proof of this too is manifest for the ‘world powers’ and ‘money lenders’ to see.

Syria today is proof that weapons cannot ‘defend’ a government. Syria now is also proof
that advanced weapons cannot prevent a return to ‘jungle warfare’ 2 or ‘protect’ a ‘government’.
The ‘United States’ is not a sovereign entity. The ‘Federal Reserve’ is not a ‘bank’. The
‘intelligence agencies’ have been shown to be staffed with ‘legal idiots’. They have no
immunity before this contemplative Court of Record of the LORD. They have been shown to
run the Al-CIA-duh which sponsors the ‘foreign fighters’.
The fate of many ‘powerful people’ are in the hands of the LORD, ‫المعز‬, Al-Muʿizz, the giver
of Honour and ‫المذل‬, Al-Muzill, the giver of Dishonour.

Laws of the State and the Court of the formal Caesar, the United Nations has been shown to
be ineffective. Caesar cannot bring peace, this is certain. Imitating the former Islamic Sultan
cannot bring peace, only legal idiots before Allah do so, for the LORD is ‫مالك الملك‬, Mālik-ulMulk, the owner of all Sovereignty.

Certain ‘Islamic’ powers have attempted to restrain ‘free speech’ by an act of the king.
Western powers, copying the model of the Ottoman Sultan, do the same with the ‘Official
Secrets Act’. These ‘laws’ have no standing in this Court of Record of the Almighty One.

Settling Peace in Syria
The word “unforgivable” must be removed from our vocabulary. The Awakened One, the
LORD Buddha, has testified:

This is a law eternal.
This is the key to humility before the LORD, ‫المقتدر‬, Al-Muqtadir, the Determiner, the
Dominant. Every attempt at nationalistic freedom by force of arms has ended in tears –
including but not limited to, in America (U.S.), in Europe, in Russia, China and the ongoing
misery in Ukraine, Syria, South Sudan, Egypt, Central African Republic, etc.

‘Vengeance is not yours’
This is the lesson that humility before the LORD brings to the negotiating table. Time is not
on our side, for the LORD is ‫المؤخر‬, Al-Muʾakhkhir, the Delayer, He Who Puts Far Away.

Modern scientists ‘pride’ themselves about discovering the ‘black hole’, ‘the bottomless pit’.
This reality is not something ‘far away’, for the LORD is within us, the observer, the witness.
‘Science’ has not studied the observer, the witness.
Holy Seers have witnessed this bottomless pit, for example, in the The Revelation of Saint John
the Devine. The description of Saint John must be witnessed here for its accuracy:
Revelation 9:1 And the fifth angel sounded, and I saw a star fall from heaven unto the earth: and to
him was given the key of the bottomless pit.

We are all called to give witness to righteousness, the Decalogue, the way of the LORD, “For
in him we live, and move, and have our being”. The LORD is the World-Mind who sustains the
space-time and matter in His imagination.
No ‘intelligence agency’ personality or those who conduct ‘war by way of deception’, to
“come presumptuously upon his neighbour, to slay him with guile”, in our lovely Earth will outrun
the LORD. Is it not strange that some of them have adopted this as their motto?
Exodus 21:14 But if a man come presumptuously upon his neighbour, to slay him with guile; thou
shalt take him from mine altar, that he may die.

Your Excellency has the life qualifications to teach these children these lessons and thereby
bring life of this Court of Record of YHVH, Our Father, the blessed One who has Mercy with His
world, into the lifeless corporate theatre of the United Nations. The Rev. Charles Morerod,

We suggest that Your Excellency provide a copy of our Open Letters to every participant in
the Syria peace process. We suggest that Your Excellency courageously report to the public 3
any interference from ‘puppet strings’ and those that negotiate with a knife behind their back.
It is for this reason that our advice is to not trust any negotiators from the United States, the
European Union and the United Kingdom and especially those from various ‘secret services’.
These men and women have to regain the trust that was placed in them. In short, they must
prove to the world, that they are true men (Genesis 42).
Only men at liberty can negotiate peace. Our enclosed Amicus curiæ to The Honourable
Mr. Barack Obama President of the United States, regards the return of “life, liberty and the
pursuit of happiness” to the people of America, the British Isles, Germany, France, Switzerland,
Norway, Israel, Palestine, Syria, Japan, India, China and so forth, by the dissolution of the
corporate United States.
When the United States is not at liberty, neither is President Assad of Syria. President Assad
once wanted a “billion dollars” to give up his chemical weapons. Asking for ‘money’ without
knowing what ‘money’ means is the action of a legal child. Doubtless there is evidence,
including but not limited to bonds, treaties, currency, torture chambers etc., in Syria that the
CIA (Al-CIA-duh) want destroyed. The scandal of the ‘Iraqi Dinar’, likely based on bonds stolen
from the Iraqi Central Bank during the gulf war is a grim echo of a past action that involved
depleted uranium munitions and exotic weapons used to ‘fry’ Iraqi tanks.
The way of Mercy is not the way of deception and obfuscation of Truth and cover up of
reckless negligence and deliberate malfeasance. The reality of the war in Syria pales before the
reality of the war within the nuclear reactor at Fukushima.
The LORD has seen how friends and neighbours who grew up playing together, slew the
other out of greed and guile whilst pretending to others that it was for the “Children’s
Defence”. The LORD has seen how fraudulent conversion and deception and ‘money
laundering’ were used to build nuclear weapons and rockets in order to blackmail the world.
The LORD has seen how they were stopped by rivals who instrumented the nuclear reactor and
blew it up and covered up their actions with a fake Tsunami. The LORD has seen how most
modern weapons, industrial plants and means of transport cannot be trusted because
unrighteous men were in charge and have ‘back doored’ all computer controlled equipment.
The LORD, Elohim, the Heavenly Judge, the true witness, the observer within them, the LORD of
Death, will receive them in the hour of their death, this is certain.

Those who fake faith to collect money, false Christians, Jews and Muslims, those who parrot
holy scripture but know not the Holy One must yield to those who do know Him.

Our Father, Babaji, has not left us without guidance through these past few hundred years
and our Open Letters testify to the practical relevance of such guidance. There are millions of
men and women in ‘western civilisation’, who have contemplative contact with the Holy One.
These are the silent bulwark against those who work tirelessly to destroy themselves and their
fellow men. The witness of this protection is from the Second World War:

The shadows of approaching carnage were lengthening over the world; already the acute ear might
hear the frightful drums of war. During interviews with thousands in California, and through a
world-wide correspondence, I found that men and women were deeply searching their hearts; the
tragic outer insecurity had emphasized need for the Eternal Anchorage.

Another letter reached me from war-torn England just before America entered the conflict. In nobly
pathetic words, Dr. L. Cranmer Byng, noted editor of The Wisdom of the East Series, wrote:

different worlds. Beauty, order, calm, and peace come to me from Los Angeles, sailing into port

The war years brought a spiritual awakening among men whose diversions had never before
