Dear President Putin,
In the name of the Immaculate Virgin Mary, Mother of God, greeting!

Purpose of this letter

With this letter we break the Bread of Life with Your Excellency and exchange the Salt of
the Earth, the symbolic gesture that God’s substance is there to feed His people.
By the grace of the LORD our Father, the blessed One who has mercy with His world, those
who blackmail mankind with war shall be vanquished – not by weapons but by righteousness
that flows from a Soliton of Love.

History, industrialisation, trade and faith

Russia’s close links with England and the English speaking people can be traced to the
discovery of the Northern sea route in the 1500s by the English explorer Sir Hugh Willoughby
during the reign of Ivan IV in Russia and Queen Elizabeth I in England.
In Russia, the preference of Caesar over Christ is clearly marked by the reform of the
Orthodox Church by Peter I (1682–1725). In England, this was initiated by the Act of Supremacy
of King Henry VIII (1532). On paper statutes of the formal Caesar, the ‘United Kingdom’, this is
still the case today.
The industrialisation of Russia sparked by the flourishing Northern sea route in the 17 th
century also resulted in the investment of Russian gold by the Tsars into what became ‘Great
Britain’. We, in this Court of Record, do not forget this obscure fact.
The rapid development of industry and its use by ‘Caesar’, wherever incarnate, either as a
King or State, to the madness of Mutually Assured Destruction (MAD) is well known to Your
Excellency. A ‘mind-map’ about the USA on this subject is at the end of the Letter Rogatory.
That there are people in England who observe the Rule of Law rooted in the King James Bible
over the course of the centuries is less well known. The teachable in England were taught by
the ‘American Revolution’ that the King exists for the good of the men and women of the land
— all the men, women and children on Earth.
In English Common Law it is seen that, for example, the ‘United States’ is just a name in
business as is ‘Great Britain’ or the ‘United Kingdom PLC’. It is also seen that these bankrupt
‘corporations’ are conducting business in a circular unit of account, with what can be modelled
as a whirling pyramid of contracts.
It is in this context of history that Your Excellency recieves this letter to return the men
and women of all the nations of the ‘United Nations’ to righteousness and Earth to Peace.

Public discussion of economics today rarely gets beyond ‘village barter’ and it is fashionable
for the lately educated to discuss ‘hunter gatherers’ and forget that ‘civilization’ or the rule by
a City-State has been with us for millenia — it is, after all, the Jewish year 5774.
Those who debate ‘Keynes vs Hayek’ in a utopia void of the Rule of Law predict a
stratospheric ‘gold price’ and imagine that the history of the last century alone or the
immediate few centuries before, is a guide to what is to come. Little do they contemplate the
definition1 of today’s most widely circulated legal tender, the US dollar.
Saint Peter went to the City-State of Rome, a city that we hear had a million people two
millenia ago. It was a civilisation built on the mastery of Force in human affairs, a civilization
whose engineering prowess is visible from satellites to this day. Aqueducts had automated the
delivery of water and ships brought in the harvest of wheat and other products from around
the Mediterranean. ‘Senators’ who controlled the infrastructure had a ready source of ‘God’s
substance’ to maintain an oliogopoly on power.
The temples which in more ancient times were a means to share the bounty of God with His
people had become ‘commercial’. The ‘mark of the beast’ or Caesar’s mark was imprinted on
coins as ‘senators’ inflicted ‘legal tender’, that is to say, debased coinage on the people. The
temple priests of Jerusalem were collecting what in today’s language could be called the
‘temple forex spread’.
Extreme cruelty, the ever present threat to be sent to the ‘Circus Maximus’, and the threat
of war kept the produce and water flowing. Rome, after all, had an abundant supply of ruthless
teenage men to crush any ‘libertarian’ or ‘independent’ village. In the symbolic language of
God, the peaceful temple well water had been replaced with the gushing Aqueduct of Force.
The further consequence of the automation of ‘bread and water’ is that the Roman Senators
are what we would call today, ‘trigger happy’ and that engineering skills could be lost by a
single disastrous disruption of technology that took years to build. Today, this danger is real.
It is to this City-State that Saint Peter brought righteousness, living by the commandment
‘thou shalt not kill’ even to his death on the cross — it is striking fact that in this traumatic
century past, the Catholic Church has discovered what might be the grave of Saint Peter 2.
The how-to of righteousness was carried by the Apostles in all directions, which resulted in
‘liberty’ and ‘property rights’ for the common man. As a result of the Gospel, people did not
place their gold into the hands of tyrants and only accepted value for their labour. The
frontier into the wilderness provided the arbitrage needed to bleed the Roman Empire. The
City-State of Rome fell to ruin and the ineffective head priest of the old Roman religion was
replaced by the Bishop of Rome.
In today’s language, former vassals of the Emperor became fiduciary trustees — a process
that took time. In the case of England, it was the acceptance of the law (bible) of the Bishop of
Rome by King Alfred the Great, who was King of Wessex from 871 to 899 through the work of
Saint Bede (672/673 – 26 May 735). In Russia, this is mirrored by Saints Cyril and Methodius.
However, the tendencies of men to worship the false idol of manifest force continued from
then to this day.
This is reflected on the history of the past five centuries. From King Henry VIII to today we
can see the idenfication of the legal concept ‘Caesar’ modelled as the ‘Nation-State’, the
Emperor that kept the warring nations together as the UN/US/EU. Like in Roman times, these

mini-Caesars could be played one against the other and their treasury drained. We can see the
worship of the Pharoah as the banking system.
The frontiers of the Roman Empire are seen today as ‘offshore’. The power of the Pharoah
over his slaves is embodied as ‘passports’ and the ‘whips’ that keep political parties voting in a
block in Parliament. The rest of it logically follows, the national-security state, Circus
Maximus in Guantanomo Bay, informers and spies and the horrible fate of ‘defectors’ and
‘whistleblowers’.
The questions which needed to be answered are: Is there the goodwill of Christ at the core
of this system so that it can be orderly dismantled by the Rule of Law? Is there a time limit to
this madness?
Pope Benedict XVI let the world know, by preaching “Render unto Caesar what belongs to
Caesar and to God what belongs to God” 3 and His Holiness’ subsequent resignation that there is
Christ at the core of this system. One can surmise that His Holiness refused to extend the
century long grant of Charter to the Federal Reserve and resigned to prevent a transition by
assassination or a Great Depression style of social collapse, favoured amongst the ruthless who
wish to play Caesar. This was graphically signalled by the Baltic Dry Index (BDI), an index that
measures the cost of bulk dry shipping. The BDI once again hit an all time low at the time of
His Holiness’ resignation in Febuary 2013, just as it had in 2008 at the collapse of Lehman
Brothers.
The tyranny of the warring kings of Europe, aided by treasonous bankers of the day who
imprisoned the Apostle of Saint Peter in his castle in 1870, the historical king of kings in
Europe, is at an end. We must choose the path of righteousness that leads to an abundance of
Life and Peace.

Financial crisis and bank collapse

The open letters of this Court of Record regarding the Cyprus debacle are enclosed. There
will not be a banking collapse in the west as there has already been a profound loss of meaning.
Purported taxes on imaginary value in offshore jurisdictions are not collectable — the
farce on the world stage of G20 and G8 meetings notwithstanding.
Legal infants, most ‘rich’ people, are oblivious to the fact that a bank current account
balance is a liability and not an asset. This is Uniform Commerical Code (UCC) ‘mirror
reflection’, covered in our Letter Rogatory to Parliament. Kindly take cognizance that the analysis
in the Letter Rogatory to Parliament regarding the working capital of resource industries such as
British Petroleum is equally applicable to Russia.

Anger, greed, lust, fear and false idols

There are many who are angry that their false idol, the ‘republic’, is not working. There are
many within the system whose greed and lust have lost touch with reality. There are those
who cannot define a ‘legal tender’ dollar and thus make ridiculous claims (Leo Wanta and the
‘Reagan-Mitterand’ protocol as an example). There are so many people who do not understand
the meaning of finality of settlement, yet want to rush off and create an alternate payment
system for themselves — for example, the BRICS. There is much fear and loathing. All these
symptoms are within the men and women who manifest these by their worship of false idols
rather than the blissful, pure, formless consciousness of our LORD.
To further assist Your Excellency in this regard, we have enclosed our recent Letter to the
Chief Rabbi of the United Hebrew Congregations of the Commonwealth which is written with a
background in the Torah, in which is declared the Soliton of Love.

Love as servant leadership
The key to unlock the mystery of Christ and His work is what can be summed up as
‘mentalism’ or knowing how knowing knows. It is with this knowing that one can love the
people whose leader Your Excellency is by God’s grace. The natural affection that is seen to be
manifest towards Your Excellency can then be returned, also by God’s grace. It is only a strong
leader that can lead with love, weak ones use fear and loathing.
A strong leader excels in serving the people with love. This concept was left to us by our
Lord, Jesus Christ Himself. It is this concept of servant leadership 4 that gives us the phrase, ‘civil
servant’.
Mark 10:42 But Jesus called them to him, and saith unto them, Ye know that they which are
accounted to rule over the Gentiles exercise lordship over them; and their great ones exercise
authority upon them.
10:43 But so shall it not be among you: but whosoever will be great among you, shall be your
minister: 10:44 And whosoever of you will be the chiefest, shall be servant of all.
10:45 For even the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give his life a
ransom for many.
When a warrior discovers love, his generosity exceeds that of lesser men. When a warrior
becomes the servant of a higher ideal, the world is transformed.

The most intellectual amongst the agnostics and atheists, Professor Richard Dawkins, an
evolutionary biologist, has created for us the language and the rigorous analysis needed. It
can be shown that ‘Kings, Nation States and bankers’ are playing repeated games of prisoner’s
dilemma. He has shown that ‘always-defect’ is not the best strategy and that Good Guys Finish
First. Our Letter to Professor Dawkins is enclosed which has further discussion and analysis.
It is time to set the world back to righteousness. The scientific investigations of atheists is
in agreement. Let those of us who are strong by God’s grace and providence, act with goodwill.
This means, to cooperate and not ‘defect’, secure in one’s strength … ‘through God’s grace and
providence’, the resources of nature and civil power that time and circumstance have provided
to Your Excellency.

Russia’s problems

Professor Rybakov, believes that in the past Russia, which had a lot of things in common with India, has
lost its traditional values:
“Disrespect is one of the toughest issues that Russians have to fight today,” he says. “All kinds of

Let us then invite the men, women and children of Syria to Russia — without passports or
other formality, the rachet in the world slaughterhouse. Let us give them physical currency
containing gold, based on the Global Standard 6, enough for them to re-create a life where they
choose to go, where they will spread sound money and be welcomed by the locals — who
themselves are entrapped with passports and circular money.
There is no need to stop with Syria, welcome the people of Europe, America and the world —
after all the future development of the mind of Man will be amongst the living men, women

During ‘Operation Desert Storm’ a Russian website that is to be commended, iraqwar.ru,
published near real time intercepts of all communication. In today’s propaganda war being
run by those who think they are Caesar, it makes sense to publish such information regarding
the unfolding situation in the Middle East, seismographic data on the underground war and
financial information that is available to Russia. The more information there is, the less likely
there will be a false flag attack.
This shall also put those playing Caesar in their place — by God’s providence that is Your
Excellency’s already, let the world know in real time what such people are up to. Those
corporate Caesars who live by wielding the sword of information shall die by the sword of
information.
Let us also, with God’s graciousness, allow Mr. Snowden into Russia and give him comfort.
The Holy Spirit lives in Mr. Snowden and smites his conscience which propells his actions. We
pray to Our Lord Jesus Christ, that there may be more such men!

A righteous ‘Global Settlement’
An army of geeks flog ‘high-speed’ trading of today’s temple forex spread. Even tankers of oil
are not valued for God’s substance they carry but ‘traders’ believe that they make many times

the purported value of the oil and squirrel it away in ‘offshore accounts’.
Those who have come to anticipate a ‘Global Settlement’ have been accumulating
warehouses full of ‘legal tender’ - or in fear that the last days are upon us, gold and treasure. It
has come into their hands by the use of UCC bank account money. These caches of ‘money’ are
just the proceeds of the crime of UCC fraudulent conversion.
The financial war where drugs are used to mop up legal tender from the common man and
forex and bank-trade games to mop up bank account deposits and entrap the ‘super rich’ are
well documented.
Bank account deposits are created by putting ‘credit applications’ on deposit. The legal
impact is that the sum held on account at a bank or warehouses full of treasure is the extent of
the liability of the corporate account holder to the people — of all nations.
God’s substance: oil, metal, food is what the people consume. A large ‘country’ like Russia is
a ‘Mother’ to the people of Europe. By the grace of God, be thou as generous and indulgent as
Mother Mary to Her children.

Today’s financial markets have lost meaning. Let those who are ready to shout
‘communism’ take cognisance of the meaning of the words on these letters of this Court of
Record. They stand naked, without their liberties in the Passport controlled Slaughterhouse.
Their fate could be exchanged with those of the people of Syria.
A righteous Global Settlement then becomes not the parcelling out of gold to the robber
barons and privateers, but an invitation to Lords of Righteousness to step forward, give up

Peter’s Pence has been the mechanism for the faithful to send ‘money’ to the Catholic
Church. In ancient times this would be temple offerings. Like all ‘bank’ based mechanisms, it
too has lost meaning and become the Aqueduct of Force that smells of the Sewer of Fraudulent

The ‘Vatican Bank’ known as the Institute of Religious Works has suffered a similar fate. JP
Morgan Chase Bank even had the temerity to close down 7 its correspondent account.
We must therefore install a new source of peaceful water for God’s universal temple, the
Catholic Church. This Act of Worship is pleasing to God for with this comes the mechanism for
peaceful exchange of the abundance of Life.
This puts resources in the hands of Pontifex Maximus 8, so that His Holiness the Bishop of
Rome may build bridges of understanding, trade and goodwill between nations and peoples so
that they exchange with each other the Bread of Life and the Salt of the Earth.
We pray to the LORD our Father, the blessed One who has mercy with His world that he may
send down the Holy River of Peace to irrigate our parched hearts.
Russia can further demonstrate to the people of the world the way of righteousness. Those
that have accounts at the Vatican Bank shall then place their conscience before God and act
accordingly.
