Dear Mr. Clegg,
From the Global Isles Court of Record of Our Sovereign Lady of the Common Law, Greeting!
As you are formally the Deputy Prime Minister of the United Kingdom and Lord President of the
Council with special responsibility for political and constitutional reform, who claims to represent the
people, who wishes to eliminate from the British Constitution the House of Lords where substantial
Lords Temporal and Spiritual, who are members of Her Majesty’s Commonwealth may sit in session as
the highest Court of Record in the land, I would like to bring the following documents to your formal
cognisance:
1. A Letter to Professor Dawkins regarding a debate on religion at the Cambridge Union Society.
2. A matter pending before this Court of Record regarding “We The People” that has been served
on the Secretary of the Treasury, United States, the President and most of the Governors and
now present for your kind attention – the content applies equally to the British Pound and the
Euro.
3. Our letter to Prime Minister David Cameron, dated 27th January 2011.
We of this Court of Record, do believe these documents and the others already served and posted
at www.courtofrecord.org.uk will solve for you personally the baffling features of recent developments
in Europe, Great Britain and the United States; which metaphorically speaking, is a difficulty of seeing
the forest for the trees in the Garden of Eden.
We believe that, as a Christian nation, unique in history as having had to simultaneously react to
‘capitalism’, fascism, communism and the Christ-like message of Mahatma Gandhi, has a Queen who is
able to guide and protect Parliament from a reduction in its ‘credit rating’, which the Archbishop of
Westminster1 has already warned about.
On behalf of ‘We The People’ of Her Majesty’s Commonwealth, it is our wish to grant you the
honour of delivering in person the enclosed Letter to Professor Dawkins to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II,
together with the following verbal message: “The land that sent Mahatma Gandhi to London has not
forsaken Her Majesty The Queen”.
The unwritten and written English Constitution
This letter could be deemed complete at the previous paragraph, yet I do believe leaving an
implicit, ‘you know my methods, Dr. Watson’, may prove a bit cruel – you are sure to run into the
Official Secrets Act and get scared out of your mind by the the boys in the back room regarding how
‘the world might blow up’.
England, Wales and Scotland are Christian countries with an ‘unwritten’ constitution where a
forthright King and his people agree on the laws they live by – the ‘written’ part, so there would be
little room for doubt – a government by consent.
The English Constitution2 by Walter Bagehot, describes how the constitution adapts to the changing

circumstances – with great speed, if that be required. England has, over the last millennia, a rather
remarkable run of the ‘Rule of Law’ and avoided the kinds of revolutions they have in France.
The current ‘English Constitution’, then, must be working quite nicely. Yet you find yourself
with a job description that says that you have ‘special responsibility for political and constitutional
reform’. Perhaps what is meant, is that you must become Sherlock Holmes, discover how England and
the rest of the world work and assist the written part to catch up with the unwritten part.
The clue to the mystery is in the money. If you start with The Letter to Professor Dawkins, read all
the footnotes, watch the debate 3 at The Cambridge Union, especially the final speaker whose skill was
unmatched, then investigate the job of the Chancellor of the Exchequer and the how he manages the
‘budget’ for the United Kingdom’s consolidated fund, the consolidation of certain laws by 1835 4, then
examine the incorporation of the House of Commons in 1908 and the banking crisis of that time, then
look into the South Sea Bubble and the missing ‘highest’ Great Office of State, the Lord High Treasurer,
you will be on the right track. Next year, 2014, is the 300 th anniversary of this commission. See First
Lord of the Treasury, et all. With all this information, the Great Office of State speech by the Chancellor
of the Exchequer5 and the Lord High Chancellor might make more sense.
As you may know from ‘Yes Prime Minister’, ‘politics is about surviving until Friday afternoon
whilst diplomacy is about surviving until the next century’. We might add, Sovereignty is about
surviving until the next millennium. The unwritten constitution therefore functions with or without
the assistance of politicians or Civil Servants, transcends national borders and centuries of time.
A flexible bent of mind is required, the ability to see comparative relations in four terms is
crucial. Marshall McLuhan’s writings 6 will help. With this, if you approach the history of the last five
hundred years, the wars and how they relate to the current ‘financial crisis’, the ‘United Nations’, the
‘Magna Carta’ and how ‘God made man in his own image’ will become visible as the principle, ‘as above,
so below’.
It is, I do most sincerely believe, a time just before an outbreak of Peace, liberty and freedom
unimaginable. The alternative the bankers and bureaucrats are rooting for is the Global Zoo. If you
contemplate Luke 19 and 207 together with James 5 and the forgiveness uttered by Christ at His
crucifixion, you will discover the Law of The Sovereign together with the unwritten and written Living
Constitution in motion.
The best politician to get something done is to get one who believes he is crusading for a worthy
cause, better still one who thinks he invented the cause himself and that he got democratically elected 8
to do it. They can then be used to send corrective messages to their political opponents especially if
they are nursing a popular grievance 9. Putting more than one man in charge of a function can result in
tyranny. See Adolf Hitler, his government and associated symbols 10.
When force11 is the standard of value, the results are disastrous. A plebiscite is no guarantee of
peace when false choices are presented. See plebiscite in Italy, 1870 12. The Right Honourable Alex
Salmond, First Minister of Scotland should take note. Perhaps together you may wish to study the
history of the Darien Scheme and how it relates to the Bill of Rights 1688 and the Act of Settlement 1701

Europe and America have been nursed back to health after the wars, even as the Masai Elders take blood from a cow
without killing it to restore the health of the sick or wounded. The cow, the ‘third’ world, has borne it patiently. Now the
fatted patient is healthy, grown up, and can make his way in the world – impertinently asking for more blood may result
in some fatherly chastisement. Some lessons in faith, manners and piety are seen to be delivered together with diplomas
for the ‘educated’. “When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a
man, I put away childish things.” 1 Corinthians 13:11

as they are part of the constitution that created Great Britain and the contract by which Her Majesty
governs. I am sure you shall be then be kind enough to inform the public of your research. That does
bring up the committee struggling to create the ‘first’ Bill of Rights – they may be thankful for some
guidance. We in this Court of Record 13 shall be certain to review the result to ensure they are universal
with no distinction of people and nations and that they recognise that liberty is antecedent to ‘rights’.
A valid Parliament that can agree to such a step would have to come after a restoration of liberty to the
people and a telling of the Great Epic. A formal Parliament has no authority to alter Her Majesty’s
contract. We shall all be forced to endure the theatre in the meantime.
Unlike Parliament of the corporate U.K. PLC, Her Majesty has maintained a perfectly serviceable
legal and lawful money, British Sovereigns; whilst the purported representatives of the people have,
imitating their counterparts in the U.S. Congress, insanely destroyed their circulating currency and
thus the liberty of their masters, the people 14. The people know this in their bones; you may have
wondered why politicians were not invited to the Thames river pageant and the BBC were out of their
depth without their usual spoon fed script. Yet all this is within the Rule of Law. See Mixed Money
Case of 1604. Perhaps the secret Lords of Finance shall be pleased to enlighten you as it is your right to
demand an explanation on behalf of Her Majesty and the people in this Court of Record. You can
reassure them that we shall not rest until the world, not just Europe, is set right.
Have you heard of the related investigation buried in the Public Accounts Committee? Did you
notice the significant remark of Her Majesty to the Chancellor of the Exchequer 15 at the first Royal
Cabinet meeting in peace time? Connect all those to the information in our letter to the Prime
Minister. I should remind you of the debate regarding succession and alert you that this is a method
that is in use to sneak in a contract incompatible with the Bill of Rights 1688. See Henry Garnet 16 and
equivocation. I am sure you can find a few more dots to connect from your recent hectic Government
schedule.
As a large hearted man with a love for a diverse people, I am sure you will agree that, first we
must become conscious of the issues facing us, then we must inform all the affected parties, then
examine the process by which we can arrive at Peace, liberty and freedom for all without distinction of
people and nations.
If you look up Servant Leadership 17, you will discover the clue to the humility and service of Her
Majesty The Queen. This is the attitude of devotion to duty the people expect from their
representatives and their Civil Servants in this Court which brings guidance and protection from Our
Father in Heaven.
I trust that we have been of service to Her Majesty The Queen, Her Majesty’s beloved people and
to you.

13 Parliament is the Henry VIII style tyrant that has caused Her Majesty’s Court of Record to become inaccessible to the
people by the Act of Parliament, 1911. The Cabinet is the mind of the tyrant. This is why speeding tickets, etc., are a
‘requisition’, that is, a demand for supplies from the occupying army, which we know as the Police. It puts all magistrates
into a terrible position. You cannot have a valid Court Order from one of the regular courts without a tyrant minister
taking personal responsibility. This is why all ‘justice’ proceeds by Distress Warrants (beat him up and collect rent, in
layman’s terms) and there are no valid court proceedings or sealed court orders. Delegation of authority just means
delegation of tyranny under the system that pays your pay cheque in loony bin money. UK has mini tyrants in its town
Councils and ‘Courts’ - a Caesar in every corner. The Councils and Bailiffs are ‘private’, which means that they are in effect
a private Mafia, without there ever being a valid Act of Parliament to excuse it and even that would be found unlawful in a
proper Court of Record. Inconvenient acts are passed by ‘laying on the table for 14 days’ during recess and therefore
without debate or comment in ‘statutory instruments’ or ‘delegated legislation’. These are not ‘Acts of the Queen in
Parliament agreed on’. Rushing ahead to ‘an elected upper house’, ‘equal rights for female heirs’ and ‘gay rights’
will not fix anything other than grant the wishes of bankers and bureaucrats who run the tyranny of the Global
Zoo. You have been warned. See James 5 in the Bible.
