Upon accessing www.keison.co.uk on 9 February 2018, I observed that 'in administration' had been
removed from the footer. Keison International Limited had been replaced with Cadmus
Distribution Group Limited at the footer and elsewhere. Under the 'company' sub-section, the
statement regarding 'administration' had been removed. http://keison.co.uk/bank-details.shtml is
headed “Payment Details - Cadmus Distribution Group Limited, t/a Keison Products, VoIPon
Solutions and 4Gon Solutions". A link to http://www.keison.co.uk/img/GBP.pdf shows Lloyds
Bank details, and account name "CADMUS DISTRIBUTION GROUP LIMITED". Similarly
Keison International Limited has been removed from voipon.co.uk and 4gon.co.uk and replaced
with Cadmus Distribution Group Limited.
A company search shows registration on 5 January 2018 by agent TAYLOR VINTERS LLP with
directors Michael Boyton, Matthew Hayward and David Frith appointed 9 January 2018, being
'former' employees of Keison International Ltd. Initial share holdings appear as follows and no
person is shown as "PERSON WITH SIGNIFICANT CONTROL":

LIMITED, a document signed by Matthew Hayward and Jonathan Eddy is available as a download.
The question before us is, upon whose authority have these changes been made?
A search of related parties reveals the following prior registrations:
1) CADMUS HOLDINGS LIMITED registered on 2 August 2017 at Companies House shows
directors Declan Williams and James Sutherland. Initial share holdings appear registered as follows
and James Sutherland is shown as "PERSON WITH SIGNIFICANT CONTROL":

32 Writtle Road, Chelmsford, Essex where the Public Land Registry evidences the propery
registration to Keison International Limited.
Apart from company registrations and charges for 'CADMUS DISTRIBUTION GROUP LIMITED
and 'CADMUS HOLDINGS LIMITED', searching The Gazette returns no other notices.
At the Companies House and The Gazette websites, Keison International Limited still shows 'in
administration'.
This is a Court of Record of YHVH, “Our Father which art in heaven, hallowed be thy name”. All
corporate veils are pierced.
On 11 February 2018, this Court of Record of YHVH has forwarded to Her Majesty Queen
Elizabeth [II], evidence that Justice Nugee is the authority that the Chancery Division et al rely on.

The question before this Court of Record is simple. Can Justice Nugee produce his sworn oath of
office to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth [II], our living English Queen.
Should the living man known as Justice Nugee fail to produce the testament to his oath to our living
English Queen by high noon on the 19th of February in the 2018th year of our Lord Jesus Christ, he
shall be hanged, drawn and quartered by sunset on that very day.
