In the name of YHVH, Truth, Our Lord Jesus Christ, greeting!
“You can’t help stupid”, is a terse summary of the situation in the land known as the County of
Berkshire in England, where Reading Crown Court is located in the town of Reading, and the Thames
Valley Police who ‘enforce’ Jesuit corporate ‘policy’, have their custody cells in the town known as
Maidenhead, the ‘constituency’ that has elected Rt. Hon. Theresa Mary May MP, whom we have
created Housekeeper for Your Majesty’s Commonwealth. By the grace of YHVH, no longer does she
have the title ‘Prime Minister’, an office created by Jesuitical Exegesis.

Dear Laura Bradley,
Your court of no record and no authority, along with your Thames Valley
Police cohorts and 'Judge' Redihoff are racking up multiple 'counts' of
*Matter of Fact* High Treason, Colour of Law Fraud, and intimidation
under duress.
The purpose of the Firearms Act is to disarm *the police* and all U.K.
PLC 'Parliament' *idiots*. They *shall* be disarmed or slain. U.K. PLC
statutes bind thee and thy 'court', not the living man known as
Michael Burke, who shall attend thy court and record every additional
'count' of High Treason, as he has already done so far.
Faxes that failed to your court have now been forward to your 'gold' fax
number, along with relevant Amicus curiae(s). Gold, the /mens rea/
behind the *idiot* judges who are placing Bills of Exchange on deposit,
hoping to get gold for it, are slated to be slain. See Exodus 32.
'Polite' seduction to entrap by an offer to treat by your Nisi
Prius court is itself High Treason.
If you cannot produce a living man or woman who has a claim against the
living man we know as Michael Burke, we suggest that 'Judge' Redihoff
dismiss the 'case' created by HMCTS / CPS.
U.K. Parliament is already in *dishonour* before this Court of Record of
YHVH. 'Judge' Redihoff and his cohorts at the Ministry of Justice have
till the 14th of October to produce their written defence or the Judge
and the entire 'collective' Judiciary - every man or woman who works at
the Ministry of Justice, their 'civil' servants, the court and *you*
shall be subject to the penalty for High Treason.
It is our wish that you provide certified copies of the Public Indemnity
Bond of the Judge and his oath / affirmation to the man known as Michael
Burke, who shall visit your 'court' in his capacity as the duly
appointed Bailiff of this Court of Record.
You, your court, the court tipstaff, the police, and any mercenaries are
not permitted to touch, question, offer a bible, make an offer or
invitation to treat, ask questions or to examine this man known as
Michael Burke, who shall pay thee and thy 'court' a visit as thou hast

Affirmations are not Oaths
This is a Court of Law. Contrary to the belief of P.C. Bliss, an affirmation is not an oath. This ‘belief’ is
a result of “invisible mending”, by “Jesuitical Exegesis”, evidence of which can be found in
dictionaries and the annals of Hansard, the archives of Parliament.

There are no ‘Constables’
We have now shown how the men and women of the ‘Police’ are “bamboozled” into enforcing
corporate Jesuit policy that has been “passed” by what purports to be a Parliament. The conclusion
in law is that there are no constables in England and Wales. Those who produced the affirmation the
Police use since 1996 have perpetrated a tort on the men and women of the Police force causing
them, without their conscious cognisance, into committing perjury. By removing the words “Our
Sovereign Lady”, they have produced a document which imagines the death of the Sovereign. This is
an act of High Treason, the Parliament that passed this legislation is a Treasonable Assembly.

No Jury without a living Plaintiff
Anyone claiming to operate a ‘court’ who claims that there is a “jury” when there is no living Plaintiff
(king of the court), declare that they are Dangerous Idiots.

Necessary force
This Court of Law recognises and authorises Michael Burke, the duly appointed Bailiff of this Court
of Record of YHVH, to carry deadly force. This authority flows from the Kingdom of Heaven that is
within him, therefore this grant of authority is not bounded in time. He is a sane man, quite unlike
the idiots who have harassed him, operating a ‘Police Force’ and an administrative court of no
authority, who have behaved like pack animals.
We observe that the House of Commons was incorporated in 1908 as they declared a “war on
poverty”. In short they were then judged to be ‘Dangerous Idiots’, hence the current Firearms Act.
As we have witnessed today, the men and women of the Thames Valley police are such Dangerous
Idiots. “You can’t help stupid”.

Injunction
The men and women of Thames Valley Police, any tipstaff, any corporate Bailiffs, for example, those
of Marstons, Serco et al, and any such “force” are not permitted on the property and house of the
one we know as Michael Burke and are not to come within a 100 yards of wherever he may be.

Void “Bail Act 1976” and void “bail granted conditionally”
The document “Case No: T20160256 Court Code: 449” signed by Mrs. S Awbery and dated “13-Oct2016” is struck down by this Court of Record of YHVH, it is void ab initio and is prima facie evidence
of High Treason to Your Majesty.
We have testimony that both the Crown Prosecutor and the Judge said that there is no one with any
claim against the living man Michael Burke. The rest of the court appeared not to hear or
comprehend that now Michael was free to leave. Instead, they continued to act like robotic idiots.
We have other testimony that shows that such courts plant evidence on the man or woman they
kidnap by such false claims. The procedure they use is to plant ‘evidence’ or ‘documents’ in the bag
or personal effects removed before imprisonment and then forbid the prisoner from examining the
bag in front of the man or woman returning it and then Police stop and search the bag after the
prisoner leaves the building, ‘find the evidence’ and then arrest him. Every such act is an additional

released. Shortly after, another prisoner was brought into the van and we the left. I think that I can
remember one of the officers saying something about taking the other prisoner to Slough first and
we were the only two. Although it wasn’t that cold at that time in the morning, it was a clear sky
and bright sunlight, the officer who undid the handcuffs was shivering uncontrollably. He was
shaking so bad that I had to help him steady the key to unlock the handcuffs”.

A declaration does not alter The Law
A bunch of idiots, who congregate in a House, who then issue declarations, do not alter The Law.
U.K. PLC statutes are not law. We have shown that Dangerous Idiots, of which the living man known
as “The Right Honourable Lord Justice Bean” must be one, have issued Bills of Attainder by Colour of
Law fraud and “invisible mending” by Jesuitical Exegesis.
It is our wish before YHVH that Your Majesty and the Allies for the Rule of Law act without delay,
using necessary force to demolish the Reading Crown Court complex and make the necessary
arrests. The same applies for Parliament, 114 Mount Street and the High Court complex.
